ADULTS MUST VISIT THE ATTRACTION WITH CHILDREN. YOU WILL BE REFUSED ENTRY UPON ARRIVAL IF YOUR PARTY DOES NOT INCLUDE A CHILD.

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED OR WILL BE PURCHASING A DISABLED TICKET. YOU CAN CLAIM YOUR FREE CARER TICKET FROM OUR ADMISSIONS DESK UPON ARRIVAL.

For health and safety reasons, CHARACTER MEET AND GREETS last for 30 minutes. Please ensure you queue before the scheduled time starts to guarantee your meet and greet. Queues will be cut 10 minutes before the end of the session during busier periods. 

If your child is under 90cm you do not need to book a ticket, or reserve an arrival slot for them. 


PLEASE TAKE CARE TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT DATE, AS ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-EXCHANGABLE. TICKETS ARE VALID ALL DAY, TIME SLOTS ARE CHANGEABLE ON THE SAME DAY.

We are open from 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday & 10am - 6pm on weekends and school holidays.
